“I went for a pretty bad cut to my finger. Thankfully Dr. Kim said she doesn't like stitches! She glued it up and I was on my way. The staff were very friendly, and there was no real wait time either.”

Staff were extremely unfriendly and brusk. Wait times for the Dr was also very long. Made an appointment for 9:00 and was told there were 5 patients before I could be seen. Once my vitals were taken I was made to wait another 25 minutes to see the actual Dr.

Tiny system hang-up during on-site confirmation (had to correct an address), however, everything else went smoothly. Folks were informative and helpful in getting the right Rx needed for symptoms. Would go again!

The chairs in the waiting room looked very stained with I'm not sure what. I would recommend plastic chairs as they are easier to disinfect. I waited about an hour with minimal people in the waiting room even though my time with the PA only took about 15min. She prescribed me antibiotics and never told me to finish through with the full treatment even if my symptoms improve before the medication is gone.
I'm not sure if the diagnosis was accurate as I've been on antibiotics for 2 days and symptoms have not been improving.
