Dr. Tamburello was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, informative, and just a pleasure all around. She attended to my main issue which was dealing with this pain from sciatica. Glad to have her as my new PCP!

The actual doctor was wonderful. However… the bathroom was completely unsanitary. There is only one bathroom, which is clearly used for urine samples. The trash can was overflowing with urine sample cups. There was even one on the floor. The actual tubes of urine were sitting in a tray ON THE SINK. Next to the soap dispenser. I was horrified. I am sorry but this is not normal. Besides how disgusting it is, anyone could go in and mix up the labels or tamper with the tubes. I am not a germaphobe at all, but this utterly disgusted me. I told the physicians assistant how uncomfortable it made me. She said she would let the doctor know. It’s too bad because I liked the actual doctor. But I have no intention of ever going back there.

Wait time was excellent and I was seen very quickly. Doctor listened to my concerns and I was happy with the recommendations provided. I also sent a follow up query to which the doctor responded within three days. What could have helped more is if the doctor explained the conditions or possible reasons for my complaints in more detail. Overall I’m satisfied with my appointment
