About Tracie Rolfe

Tracie's interest in nutrition began in 2008 when she discovered how changing her diet led to her feeling more energized and more confident. She graduated from the University of North Florida with her Bachelor's in Dietetics and Nutrition in 2014. She completed a 1,200-hour internship between 2015 and 2016 to become eligible to take the RD exam. She has worked in community nutrition settings with WIC, in long-term care, and in acute care, where she has been able to work with people facing many different health concerns and with tube feedings. She is also working on earning her Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, which should be completed in May of 2025.
