About Tracy Mindiola
Hey everyone! Do you aspire to eat healthily while savoring your favorite foods? Wondering how to transform guilty pleasures into wholesome meals without losing flavor? Maybe you're facing dietary challenges due to discomfort, diminished appetite, or illness and want to ensure your nutritional needs are met. Drawing from my personal journey, I've mastered making every bite count. With extensive label scrutiny, research, and education, I've discovered tips and alternatives to boost nutrition and optimize calories—all without sacrificing taste. I have had the privilege of assisting many adults in rediscovering the joy of food because I lived this journey with you. Seven years ago, I was 80 pounds overweight, facing serious health issues and feelings of defeat. I had no hope I would lose the weight. It didn't change until I started trying, believing in myself, setting goals, and refusing to settle until those goals were complete. Some were easy, most difficult and not completed on the first attempt. Perseverance has taught me we are all capable of so much more—we just need cheerleaders along the way. Allow me to be that cheerleader. I have experience addressing picky eating, food aversions, allergies, and specialized diets. My experience is personal, raising a 19-year-old with autism and severe sensory and eating distortions. I am certified to provide tailored nutrition and fitness plans to individuals with neurological, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. I earned my Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin, completed an Associate’s at Normandale Community College, and my internship at Iowa State University. My primary objective is to listen to your unique needs and create a plan that aligns with your lifestyle. My goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
