Hi, I'm Treanna Anastasia, a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-APN) with a passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, and truly patient-centered care. I founded Harmony Roots Wellness because I believe every person deserves a healthcare provider who listens, takes their concerns seriously, and partners with them to find answers—not just quick fixes.
My path into healthcare has been anything but traditional. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent more than a decade as a science educator, childbirth educator, labor doula, postpartum support specialist, and healthcare advocate. Those experiences taught me that education is one of the most powerful tools in medicine. I believe patients make the best decisions when they understand what's happening in their bodies and feel empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
I specialize in women's health across the lifespan, including menopause and perimenopause, hormone optimization, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, menstrual concerns, contraception, fertility support, sexual wellness, transgender and gender-affirming hormone therapy, medical weight management, aesthetics, and longevity medicine. I also have a special interest in helping patients navigate complex, often-overlooked conditions such as chronic fatigue, insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, hypermobility syndromes, dysautonomia (including POTS), and chronic inflammation.
My practice is proudly trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and weight-inclusive. I am a root cause provider and love to solve the puzzle with you and not for you! We are a team in your healthcare.
