HI
Peace, joy, and loving relationships are something we all desire. When we go through tough times, it can take our joy and peace away, causing us to feel the stresses of life. Most of us keep pushing through because we have responsibilities. It’s important to look at mental health the same way you do your physical health. For example, if you cut yourself, you’d apply pressure to stop the bleeding, clean the wound, and maybe put a bandage on it. Some cuts take days or weeks to heal. A mental or spiritual wound, if left untreated, continues to bleed and affects every relationship you have. My focus is on mental and spiritual wellness. I provide individualized care to support you on your wellness journey. I want you to understand that you are not alone—we all are experiencing this thing called life. I’m here to encourage and empower you to keep fighting each day to maintain your peace and joy. Being your authentic self—happy, peaceful, and calm—is your birthright. It’s time to tap back into who you are and walk in your authenticity. I’m committed to your journey to mental and spiritual wellness. My only requirements are that you want to see change in your life, are open to doing what needs to be done to create that change, and remain consistent in your efforts. We all fall down during this journey, but I’ll be there to hold your hand, help you get back up, and keep moving forward. We’re in this together. I hold a Master’s degree in Family Nursing from the University of Texas, Houston, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University, which equip me to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to your needs.
