I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults who are dealing with these challenges alongside the relationship strain, anxiety, and that heavy feeling of being stuck that so often come with them. Whether it's tension in a friendship, a family rupture, a romantic heartbreak, or just a quiet sense of isolation that's grown over time, I'm here to help you carry it and move through it.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients struggling with depression/anxiety/trauma related to family, life, and any relationships you have had in the past. We will initially delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate with a plan to help you get your life back. Most clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first couple months of therapy and sustained improvement thereafter.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During therapy I prefer to use cognitive behavioral therapy. In the first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, and how to best move forward. Utilizing CBT, we'll explore how your thoughts, visions, and general outlook affect emotions and overall mood. I will help you recognize these thoughts/patterns and explore options on how to change them for a more positive emotional reaction going forward.
