I love working with adolescents, young adults, middle aged and older adults who are in various stages of life. My clients are eager to improve, but may not yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives. They may be dealing with depression or grief and need a caring person to help with that process. Hi! I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist (ACNS) based in California. I received my Doctorate in Nursing Practice and FNP Certificate from University of Texas at El Paso, Masters in Nursing with ACNS focus and PMHNP Certificates from New Mexico State University, and have been practicing for approximately 8 years as a PMHNP. I currently treat a wide range of adolescents and adults using various psychotherapy and medication modalities.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a therapist/psychologist. Although my insurance has changed and I can’t use Grow therapy anymore I will find her on another forum somehow.
