Doctor was ok, when I asked about my diagnosis, she explained it. Then I had a follow up question, and she said 'you need to listen the first time' with a snobby attitude, I didnt care for that

i was not aware that there was any copay needed… i wasted my money for only 2 things that the doctor said. i will not be returning. Staff was not really professional, on their phone while im waiting for my check in, and not professional overall

I waited 35 min before I flagged that I was still waiting to the receptionist. Then the actual skin check felt super rushed - she didn’t check my scalp or measure moles or anything

entire staff were very kind and friendly, did not wait more than 2-3 minutes in waiting room, 2 minutes in exam room with nurse and within minutes the Dr. was already seeing me. office staff were very nice as well

My experience with the staff and Dr Trish Sembhi was amazing great listener great Doctor overall the best!! the young lady nurse who assessed me gosh forgot her name was so sweet polite just a pleasure to talk to she listened to my concerns regarding rash on neck, face. Front desk ladies wonderful can’t say enough about my experience at dermadox dermatology looking forward to my next visit will also recommend to all my family and friends

I had a really good experience! What stood out was the diversity of staff. Everyone was super nice, thoughtful, and engaging! Staff Dee set the tone, then Nurse Practicioner Sembhi brought it full circle! Check-in was great, no wait time! I was pleased. I highly recommend them!

The employee at the checking window wasn’t very friendly. She gave the impression that my mother was just a ‘job to do.’

Good experiance except for the 5 page questionare upon arrival. Which is no issue with the staff. It's too bad info can't be shared between the primary care Doctor and your facility I had to complete a similar questionare at my primary care Doctor's office. Seems like a lot of duplication for your patients.
