Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
186 Lincoln St, Ste 214, Boston, MA
*After booking, you will receive a link via IntakeQ so you can complete the required intake forms prior to your appointment* As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I work with individuals who experience ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, and related challenges. These conditions can deeply impact how you think, feel, connect with others, and manage everyday life. Although each experience is different, many people struggle with similar challenges—such as regulating emotions, handling stress, staying focused or motivated, and feeling connected to themselves or the people around them. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface and how these experiences show up in your daily life. Together, we work to build understanding, practical skills, and a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with people from all walks of life and from all over the world, including young adults, seniors, Native Americans, veterans, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I am an easy-going person who takes a conversational approach to care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel safe being yourself, where you don’t have to have everything figured out and where your experiences are met with understanding and respect. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools that fit your life. I move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your strengths while also making room for growth and change. Above all, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered, knowing that you are not alone in the process and that meaningful change is possible.
