“Dr Tristan was great! I’ve had shoulder problems for years due to a motor vehicle accident in my early 20s. He took a ton of time with me to answer all my questions and workout a plan. It was also a breeze in terms of setting up the appointment and setting up the insurance, office staff were also great! Going back next week for another adjustment and massage. ”

About Dr. Tristan Maceiras
Dr. Tristan Santiago Maceiras has had an incredible journey to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Growing up in Austin, Texas, Madrid, Spain and Mexico City, Mexico, allowed him to develop a unique open minded perspective on the world. After receiving his B.S., Dr. Santiago began exploring his passions working as a veterinary technician for various nonprofits and animal hospitals. He later received a scholarship to work with a marine conservation group, moving to Tulum, Mexico to study the health of the reef system and becoming a Scuba instructor. He began teaching diving, marine science, and English to the local community. After a few years he returned home to Austin and continued his passion for scuba diving and teaching, certifying students and opening his own swim school.
Searching for his next adventure and wanting to continue to challenge himself he returned to school graduating Summa Cum Laude from University of Western States here in Portland, Oregon with a degree in Chiropractic. He has since been committed to providing a thorough holistic patient experience. He is passionate about educating his patients and helping them understand what their body is going through and why they are experiencing pain. He works with clients to improve their current physical state of being while also addressing how to prevent future injury and empowering them to take control of their health and well being.
Dr. Santiago, uses a multifaceted approach to caring for each of his patients that aims to improve functional ability and reduce the imbalances that may be contributing to their aches and pains. He draws on his experience as a swim instructor, and lifelong passion for an active lifestyle to inspire patients to take an active role in their recovery. He is dedicated to helping those he meets, assisting them to reach their goals and become their best self.

Dr. Santiago was great! I hurt my ankle and back playing pickleball. Dr. Santiago went above and beyond. He provided laser treatment, wrapped my ankle with KT tape, and showed me a few exercises. It definitely helped fasten the healing process and I was back on the court in no time.

I will be going back. the doctor got all the information from me so he had a understanding of my needs. this was my first visit to see him. so I will have to have more visits for a better review.
