Optimizing a client's mental health can help them function better, manage stress more effectively, build stronger relationships, and make better decisions. I offer a listening ear to identify each client's areas of concern and goals through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. From there, I collaborate with clients to meet their goals using medication management and talk therapy.

I am Troy Saintable, a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I provide care to school-aged, adolescent, and adult clients. I address the clients' mental health needs with the goal of improving their emotional, mental, physical, and social well-being. Optimizing the clients' mental health can in turn help the client to function better, handle stress better, have better relationship with others, and make better decisions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a listening ear to identify the clients' areas of concern and their goals by performing psychiatric evaluations. Then I work with the client to meet their goals through medication management and talk therapy.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
