I liked the practice but I left with no medications so it’s like a waste of time. Having to come
Back twice in one week to do labs and to be seen. So I didn’t do it and I’m not so I wish them luck!!! They are good workers n people too!

was absolutely wonderful! Isa and I both loved our experience with her. She was very kind, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to everything we had to say and answer all of our questions.
She provided me with my daughter’s vaccination history and a detailed vaccination plan, which was exactly what I needed and had been looking for. She also did an excellent and thorough examination of my daughter and explained everything clearly.
I am so grateful for how caring and attentive she was. We left feeling heard, informed, and well taken care of. I highly recommend her!

I was looking for a new pediatrician for my daughter, and was happy that Bald Ridge had an appt available in the same week! When we visited the office, we were met with a clean, welcoming environment. PA Truc My Thi Dao took her time, and had a very gentle approach to my daughter, and was able to assist with clinical forms needed for school. I appreciate the entire staff, and I am grateful to have established care with a great provider as my new pediatrician! Kudos to BaldRidge Family Practice!

The staff was friendly and which made the office inviting and space comfortable. It was a very calm setting. Dr. Truc My Thi Dao was great! She made answered my question and made my appointment safe and comforting. She was great listener and had great advice! I definitely would recommend this office and doctor!

I struggle with bad anxiety when it comes to doctors, but this one was so kind and friendly that she is now my PCP! Totally recommend for any woman who needs a female doctor who understands the struggle. The fact that she sat and listened and talked my options over with me was so comforting. The office was also nice and clean! I had an early appointment so it was quiet, and the nurses were amazing! Thank you for seeing me :) Will be going back.

She was very kind and listened to everything I had to say about my concerns with my health. Dr. Truc gave wonderful explanations to each questions I required an answer to. She was extremely patient and caring and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt very heard and seen by her. The office itself was in a cute little building that took some time to find as I didn’t know the area but it was very clean. Thank you so much Dr. Truc!
