Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great does that sound? Welcome! I am Dr. Twila Worlock, DNP, PMHNP. I graduated with my nursing degree in 1996 and worked in labor and delivery and ICU. I then went to the University of Tennessee and obtained my master’s degree in anesthesia, practicing as a CRNA for 11 years. I decided I liked my patients awake more than asleep, so I pursued my Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Washington Tacoma, along with my psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner degree from Washington State University. For the past 5 ½ years, I have worked with the chronically mentally ill in Washington, partly through telemedicine and partly in person. Now, I am excited to open my own practice and care for my patients at home. I offer a range of counseling, psychological treatments, and medication management for Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia to help guide you through life’s challenges and most trying times. I care deeply about your well-being and want to provide you with all the tools you need to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

I allow my clients to be themselves and share their problems with open communication and talk therapy. Together, we will discover a diagnosis and treat with medication management if need be. I
