As a PMHNP with a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Northern Kentucky University, my aim is to provide effective, low-side-effect treatments for mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, autism, insomnia, and schizophrenia. I believe in a holistic approach where you feel heard and valued. Managing mental health can be overwhelming, but you are not alone; we'll work together at your pace to find what works best for you.
