I was frustrated with Dr. Tyler because he prescribed medicine that did not help, but caused more inflammation only within 1-2 days of seeing him. He never gave me essential medical attention needed to attend to my ankle. He reviewed X Rays and informed me that he did not know what he was looking at. In other words, he had no clue what was displaying on the X-RAYs. Dr. Tyler never performed a medical exam, until after he gave me X-rays. I had to do another impromptu walk-in 3 days later because he didn't diagnose me initially or give me feedback. Nor did he give me the tools I needed to help the immediate issue. The only thing he wrote down on his notes was the diagnoses that I suggested. Mind you, I have no medical background. Then they proceeded to charge me for those incomplete medical exams. I think Dr. Tyler is an awesome person, but my experience as a brand new patient was very discouraging. I chose not receive any more care from him, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to.

My experience was phenomenal. I normally avoid doctors because often times it feels like "what was the point" but this was hands down one of my best doubt experiences. I was taken care of. All of my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend.

They sent numerous emails and texts to remind me of the appointment but never mentioned the entrance is on 2nd Street, not Chestnut. A little confusing to find.

He’s a great provider. I went in for a toe nail fungus on my bilateral big toes and he was so helpful. He spent a good amount of time checking them out and even noticed my flat feet and gave me a suggestion on how to handle. You can tell he cares and gives genuine advice. I’ve come across providers who make suggestions but you can tell its just for a money grab. This is anything but that

Dr.Austin was amazing! I needed to get fit for new orthotics and he was extremely knowledgable! He not only provided great advice in regards to orthotics but other exercises I can do to help me with my flat feet and the issues it causes me! I cannot recommend him enough!
