What should a new client know about working with you?

Maybe you would like to know a little about me personally. In my spare time, I enjoy finding new ways to avoid folding the laundry, reminding Netflix that yes, I am still watching, daydreaming about loading up the car for a road trip, and jogging (wheezing more accurately) around my neighborhood where I live with my wife, our Son, and our 2 cats.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with Tyler looks different for each client, What happens in therapy will be tailored to you. I am not going to try to fit you into a box that doesn't quite work for you. I offer a nonjudgemental space to explore what's really going on and have the hard conversations that are needed to move forward.
