Dr. Hanny pursued further education at Midwestern University in Arizona, earning a Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences before attending medical school at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency in Flagstaff, Arizona, where he served the rural population of Northern Arizona and developed a passion for outpatient ambulatory care. Dr. Hanny’s roots are in Cache Valley, but as the son of a military family, he grew up all over, living in Texas, Utah, Japan, Ohio, and Arizona. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at Brigham Young University, where he met his lovely wife. Together, they have four amazing children. When he is not working, Dr. Hanny enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors.
