This was the most professional, thorough, in depth dermatological appointment I have had and I have had annual appointments for over 20years.
The technology in use in the office was cutting edge and provided information unavailable by any other means. Dr. Long was personable and thorough. He asked what I wanted before he treated and explained the options in language that made them clear. I appreciated being included in my treatment planning.

This was a serious appointment, I was comfortable as soon as I arrived. The Dr knew exactly what to look for , He was personable and had a good bedside manner. The Dr was smart and I felt I could trust him from the start . It was a great experience in a Dr setting . I wish every Dr office was like this one. He had state of the art Technology, I felt as I had finally arrived in the future which now is the present!. Also I had already visited 2 other Dermatologist’s office ,One Dr being Rude and disrespectful to me and she did not listen to what I had to say and the other was OK , but this Dr knew exactly his field of expertise.. this was not scary or long . I had a nice time even though I had to go to the Drs. I would definitely go back
Also the Dr was a very good communicator. Nothing lacked in this office ! I told everyone I knew !! Very impressed

Dr. Long took the time to review each spot thoroughly afterwards and explained everything to me. The office was spotless and they’re very efficient. The nurse practitioner, Kim was also very kind and professional. I highly recommend their practice!
