He treats depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and OCD, and built his practice to make quality psychiatric care more accessible — cash-pay, transparent, and insurance-free.
Tyler takes a functional, root-cause approach to psychiatric care, looking beyond symptoms alone to consider the gut-brain connection, nutrition, and lab-identified imbalances, using cash-pay functional lab testing when it's clinically useful. For patients on the same medication for years without a recent reassessment, he offers thoughtful review and, when appropriate, careful tapering support.
He has a particular focus on treating ADHD without stimulant medications, using non-stimulant options such as atomoxetine, viloxazine, guanfacine, and bupropion.
