“I have been with this company over a year now. I am giving them 5 stars because Tyler Smith is my NP and he has motivated me to try to not be on as many meds across my health, listens to me if I need to vent or talk, and isn’t afraid to tell me if I have toxic behaviors that need corrected or if there are people being toxic to me. The only complaint I have about this company is they cannot seem to retain their therapists. I have been thru several. After the last one left, I quit therapy. When you have a history of trauma it’s hard to find even a professional to open up to and trust, let alone going thru several. If you are the CEO of this company, either start paying your therapist enough to stay or offer an excellent benefit package as incentive for them to want to stay. If you are from a rural area, this company offers virtual visits so you may only need to drive to their location twice the first year and once after that, though I will state I am not sure if that is an insurance, bureaucratic, or company policy. They do not take Medicaid, but can refer you to someone who does. They recently changed their answering service which was a step in the wrong direction, but every staff member I have had interactions with has always been pleasant. With some minor tweaks this company could very easily become a number one counseling, therapy, medication management corporation. I am just a normal person who has had some very unfortunate events in my life causing deep trauma that I don’t just hope to heal from, but to become the best version of myself.”
