I enjoy getting to know my patients because no two people are alike. I don't believe there's a single treatment plan that works for everyone. I'm conversational by nature and enjoy celebrating every step forward, no matter how small. Meaningful progress doesn't always happen overnight, and I enjoy helping people recognize and build on those wins along the way. My role is to help you better understand your symptoms, offer guidance based on the best available evidence, and work with you to find an approach that fits your goals and your life. Some people benefit from medication, others may not, and sometimes the best approach changes over time. If medication is part of the plan, I'll explain why I think it's a good option, what to expect, and answer any questions you have.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
