I hold a Master's in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University and an EdD in Instructional Technology from Northcentral University, which enhance my ability to deliver informed, evidence-based care. With a strong background in both primary care and mental health, I offer a unique blend of expertise that addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of your health.

I made an appointment with Tyra Dean-Ousley, NP and I tried 12 times calling and texting her about my appointment and prescription. I provided all the information she requested. Afterwards, no further communication. She did no show for my appointment this morning and she has not provided a prescription for my hypertension. I am very insulted by the care I received and would never refer anyone to such an unprofessional provider who does not care at all about their patients.
