Whether through individual, familial, or couples therapy, we can explore your individual and collective desires as a team. I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Long Island University, Brooklyn, which equips me to support you in this journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my specialty is Individual and Couples Counseling. Through collaboration and navigating your own voice, we will navigate your emotions, experience with self-worth, all while offering a space to say the things you may second guess (socially, individually or collectively).
What is your typical process for working with clients?
As a clinician, I lead via a client centered approach. Your concerns, issues, thoughts, ideas and or behaviors can be explored within this space. My primary modalities as a clinician are a Narrative and Emotionally Focused Approach (utilizing talk therapy).
