About Tyrone Nieves-Martinez
Originally from Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, Tyrone Nieves-Martinez, MSHS, PA-C earned his Physician Assistant degree from The George Washington University and brings prior clinical experience from the University of Rochester Medical Center across endocrinology, nephrology, and transplant care. He comes to SOCAH Center after practicing family medicine for the past year, where he developed a strong foundation in preventive care and patient advocacy. His passion for dermatology grew from this experience and his desire to help patients feel confident and healthy in their skin. Tyrone is fluent in Spanish and especially committed to providing inclusive, patient-centered dermatologic care, with a focus on serving diverse communities such as Latinx, and LGBTQIA+.

From the time we walked into the building, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Everyone was pleasant and gave us exactly what we needed. The visit was informative, and my son was comfortable with explaining what was going on with him.
