Super easy to talk to... excited to see how he can help. ??

Very disappointing experience. I was reassigned to a different provider who didn’t call at the scheduled time, then rescheduled my screening for my original appointment. After sharing why I wanted therapy, we set an in-person session, only for the provider to later cancel and say they couldn’t offer services. They promised a referral but never followed up. This process wasted my time and delayed me from finding proper care.

I was informed that Dr. Furr was away traveling so I met with another staff member Ayane, who handled my appointment. She was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. She also did her best with answering questions I had. Being that this practice doesn’t handle certain criteria needed for me to pursue a legal matter I was unable to continue through with my process. Ayane is a nice therapist.

Got led on and dumped around by three professionals in this man's office in a three week span prior to first visit, only to be rejected because they "didn't have the resources" to help me. I wouldn't know what they're good for then.
I made a video appointment. I never received a link from them. I waited. I never even got an email from him saying that the appointment was cancelled. Poor experience

Unfortunatley this is for an entire office of Phycologists, and maybe others as well. Also, please note that it's the kind of place that expects you to go once a week. Perhaps they were upfront with that, but I missed it someware. It would be helpful to know things like this before we agree to a visit. Thank you for reading, and have a wonderful holiday season!
Initial visit was waiting long and only 15 mins or 10 mins cuz running late. Seemed rushed, however doctor himself was nice and could be good in future
Very pleasant. Took the time to inform me on all the things that I needed to know about privacy notification was very caring was very attentive and most of all I am the thought that it's going to take a few visits to figure out him exactly what's going on in my life and I was really really happy to hear that because some doctors want just one visit but he thinks several visits it will take before we finally come to a decision about whether or not we're going to go forward and I was really excited about that yes I highly recommend them to others for a pleasant visit
