I cannot recommend highly enough, truly a 10/10 experience. From the very beginning, she was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. Even during times when I felt completely overwhelmed and struggled to explain my emotions, she listened carefully and gave me the space to express myself without pressure.
What really stood out was how she helped me make sense of my symptoms. When everything felt confusing and chaotic, she explained things in a clear, calm way that helped me understand what was happening and why. It made me feel less alone and much more hopeful.
Most importantly, I never once felt judged. No matter how messy or complicated my thoughts seemed, she responded with understanding and compassion. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, listens deeply, and treats you with respect, I wholeheartedly recommend Uchechi Dibia, PMHNP-BC, 10/10!

Would never recommend her. She was only concerned bout selling off a drug she wanted not the med I have been on for many years. Closed minded and judgemental. I was very clear as to why I was seeing her and she allowed herself to be paid for my visit plus my copay which was always included with my firmer Dr and then proceeded to deny my med. She should’ve treated me like an individual and not just wanting to prescribe meds i specifically had either tried or not tried for a reason. STOP JUDGING MEDS THAT WORK! All drs like her are doing is getting paidNOT TO GIVE CERTAIN DRIGS YET START OTHERS! Horrible experience DO NO HARM DR!!!!!

This provider really listened to me and tried to find the best treatment plan for me. Although she was not able to get her supervising physician to write a prescription for the medication, they take due to the fact that I take more than one controlled substance, she quickly referred me to another provider who she stated is comfortable prescribing the two types of medication's that I take. I appreciated her taking that extra step to make sure that I get the treatment and care I need.

As someone who has had a not so great psychiatrist in the past and came into my appointment very nervous, Uche was a breath of fresh air. The appointment did not feel like she was asking me a million questions just to get the appointment over with. She asked about me, my symptoms and was very empathetic and knowledgeable.
