“Would have been nice if they'd used the pics of my insurance card I uploaded to to ZocDoc to authorize my insurance prior to my appt. They had 2 business days to do so. Instead, they waited til I checked in. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to authorize it. If they had done that prior to my appt I could've done my blood work the same day. Now I have to go back to get it done.”

I completed my graduate program at Regis college in Massachusetts. I have certification in Wound care and Debridement with over seven years' experience in wound care. I am currently working on my certification for DOT physicals and advanced techniques including Botox, Juvéderm fillers and obesity treatment.
