“I loved my experience, she was very nice and friendly. She took the time to listen to me and let me talk even if I couldn't get it out the first time. I tend to bottle everything in but even after a few tears, it felt refreshing to have someone like her to talk too and listen to me. I felt seen and heard by her, very loving aura. 100000000/10!!!”

Getting to know Dr. Uloma Nzeduru

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy across the lifespan. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and whole-person focused. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, challenges with attention and focus, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My goal is to provide respectful, individualized care that helps each client gain clarity, stability, and renewed confidence in their daily lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I take time to understand each person’s story, concerns, strengths, and goals for care. My style is warm, collaborative, honest, and practical. Together, we explore what may be affecting their well-being and develop a personalized care plan that supports healing, balance, and meaningful progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a thorough initial evaluation to understand your concerns, history, stressors, strengths, and goals for care. We then discuss treatment options together, which may include therapy, medication management, coping strategies, lifestyle support, or a combination of approaches. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting the plan as needed, and developing practical tools for emotional wellness. My goal is to partner with you in a way that feels clear, supportive, and personalized.
