So the SMMG says that they book appointments on ZocDoc but they actually don't. I got a call from the office within a day or two after booking to tell me that the doctor wasn't actually available for the appointment time that I booked and I was booked for an appointment several weeks later. They never updated the appointment on ZocDoc so I was getting email reminders for the original appointment time, which was not correct. This is extremely disappointing because one reason that I chose this practice is because they said that they did online booking. I'm now trying to book a follow-up appointment from the original issue and have been sitting on hold for over 10 minutes trying to talk to someone to schedule an appointment. Truly ridiculous. If they used the ZocDoc system properly the whole thing would be so much easier for everyone.

I’ve been seeing Dr Uma Polam as my new Primary Care since last year. She is the absolute best. Very patient, listens to your concerns, very thorough, and makes sure that absolutely nothing is missed concerning your health. I highly recommend this doctor. She is amazing!

The office is clean, and the customer service I received from the front office was not appreciated . While I understand they're very young, but there seems to be no training given for customer service. Besides that, the doctor's assistant was nice. Dr. Polam did take time to talk to me.
I will go back to see her. I cannot give a better review yet, at this point.

Honestly she listened to every single one of my concerns even if it took a lot of time, she had the patience to explain everything until i understood it and a great plus is that she use coloquial language that I was able to understand right away!!

Although the wait time is long, Dr. Polam is one of the best doctors. She is very thorough. She likes to make sure that she covers everything; and answers any questions you have. She makes sure you understand and explains everything to you.

So very pleased with Dr. Polam. I've had another primary physician for over a decade who, while competent never gave the time and attention you wish your doctor could. I finally got around to trying out a new doctor for some follow-up tests I needed following my annual physical and I was not disappointed. Dr. Polam is absolutely my new doctor and I'm having all my records transferred to her. She is engaging, thoughtful, comprehensive in her line of questioning of matters relating to your health status. I cannot say enough good things about how I felt with my interaction with her. A+++
