I didn’t really feel like the doctor understood what I needed and could have prescribed me antibiotics for my earache and instead now I have to go to another urgent care in person because they really didn’t want to take a chance to give me the wrong antibiotic when at this point, any antibiotic would be helpful.

Office was not clear with how they
communicated the video call was to occur, I thought at first they would contact me with a link via text but they sent it via email instead. I tried to contact them two separate ways at the time of my appointment but you can’t get a hold of them especially if they call you and you miss them.

The wait time was minimal. The medications were sent to my local pharmacy. I love that I have an option to do a telehealth or in-office visit.
