“Dr. Ramineni has been my psychiatrist for many years now. She is always punctual with her appointment times and each visit goes by quickly. I've never had to wait more than 5-10mins to be seen. When it comes to mental health, I appreciate and respect her compassion with others. I have no problem waiting if it means the individual before me is being taken care of. Wonderful psychiatrist! ”

Great doctor. Very easy to talk with her.

Doctor won’t answer emails or calls to refill prescriptions and after a 20 minute wait for my scheduled appointment they never showed up.

Always late but nice

This doctor showed up 30 minutes late to the appointment after her office contacted me 3 times (1 was 5 minutes before the scheduled meet time). Additionally, she was clearly not listening to what I said as she mixed up things multiple times and required others be repatead. Struck as tho she had some distractor within her work space.

This was a waist of time and money. She couldn’t prescribe my medication. She was a little rude, and not concern about my well-being. I would not use her again. I find it terrible when mental healthcare professionals are uncaring and unsympathetic. They make me feel like a credit card rather than a human.

Doesnt do ADHD testing/treatment plan but she’s a good listener although I had to completely lead the conversation and be the one asking for her opinion/input.

I hoped that LifeStance (PsyCare) would be better than other large mental health organizations. Nope. It's not really the doctor's fault that they are just as bad as all the other large organizations. They use VSee for telehealth. Not user friendly at all! I filled out all the patient forms. But why? The doctor never even read them. So I had to explain everything I filled out. I did my job prepping. Why didn't the doctor do hers? My appointment was at 9:15am. The doctor didn't show up until 9:30. I was about to hang up and then she appeared. I was already frazzled trying to figure out VSee and I became more frazzled after waiting 15 minutes and wondering if I logged in correctly. Vsee is nothing like Zoom, Teams, Skype, etc. Much more complicated. The doctor didn't even do an initial intake and more or less expected me to run the show. Then she gave me an unofficial diagnosis but said she could not offer a treatment and that I'd need to find another doctor to help me. I know beyond a doubt I have ADHD, but she in a very polite manner said she couldn't help me because too many people are seeking amphetamines. Well that was not what I was seeking. I was seeking some form of relief/treatment. Furthermore, her profile says she works with ADHD. I don't believe it. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend her as a doctor if someone really does have ADHD and needs help. So much for trying to get some help from a professional. Very disappointed.

Dr. Ramineni was very professional and kind. Having just met her for the first time via Telemedicine, she made me feel comfortable and understood. She is thorough and direct, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

She was 30min late to our appointment, and from the start I felt like she didn't care about what I was saying. She didn't take my questions seriously and I felt rushed through the consult. Will not be returning.

I adore Dr. Usha Ramineni. She has been my psychiatrist for many years now. She is always punctual with her appointment times and each visit goes by quickly. Dr. Ramineni is as professional, highly educated, and compassionate as you would want a medical doctor to be.
