What should a new client know about working with you?
To ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience, Kachi kindly requests a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling new patient appointments. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other patients in need of care. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Please note that Kachi does not directly manage ADHD. Instead, he refers individuals needing ADHD assessment and management to qualified psychologists for specialized testing. While Kachi recognizes the effectiveness of Benzodiazepines in certain cases, his approach is centered around exploring safer alternatives to address these concerns.
Kachi does not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants (e.g., Vyvanse, Adderall) or Benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Klonopin). However, he offers non-controlled alternatives to support your mental health and well-being.
Additionally, please be aware that Kachi is currently not a Medicare provider.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
At Next Level Psychiatry, our tele-health practice is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health services. Once your appointment is confirmed, you can expect to receive an intake assessment via email or text. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you provide your insurance member ID on ZocDoc for verification purposes. Prior to your scheduled visit, a secure tele-health link will be sent to you for your virtual appointment. We are committed to making your experience as seamless and convenient as possible.
