im zocdoc pointed me to the right doctor for my needs

Made the appointment over tebra video call. When the time came instead of speaking with Dr Okeiyi I called, sent messages on tebra, and texted her number with no contact back. I spoke with a Zocdoc service specialist and even when he reached out he got no response. Unless you actually get in back and forth contact with her, no point in making the appointment.
