Dr. Oyvin has completed his medical training in the former Soviet Union, and has worked both in Moscow, Russia and Kiev, Ukraine. After completing his Residency in Psychiatry in the US, at the Bergen Regional Medical Center i 1999, he has worked as an attending Psychiatrist in the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center, and the Veterans Affairs Hospital. Dr. Oyvin is able to treat a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, and his extensive experience with a full range of mental health disorders, make him an invaluable member of the clinical team at the Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry.
