Denise is amazing, she made my first visit to a therapist ever a great experience and I'm happy to have found the location

I really can't believe how this office ( along with the doctors) have good average.. Honestly.. Terrible. Never again
Verified patient
For the first visit you only get interviewed for an intake and they decide which doctor would be best for your case.
Initial meeting to be paired with a therapist was great. The atmosphere and in the office was comfortable and open.
The Receptionist are very unprofessional. They were using profanity . Very bad image for the doctor office
The visit was ok but they never got back to me with a plan for treatment so I'm going to another doctor!
Verified patient
It was an intake but I felt good afterward. Looking forward to my next visit. Hoping all goes well.

I thought she was very polite and made me comfortable and I look forward to the next session.

Would have made more progress taking a quiz on Facebook.
Did not have doctor on site to write prescriptions

Provider canceled appt prior. Said she did not feel comfortable evaluating me for an employment position. Provider should have canceled appt so insurance would not be billed.

Really not the place for me. Generally the place seemed odd, and the person who did my intake seemed... Inexperienced, to say the least. Maybe they'd work for other people, it's not the type of thing one can review objectively. Just really not for me at all.
I felt very comfortable..

The reason why I am giving such a low rating are due to several factors. 1. The constant last minute cancellations of appointments 2. Lack of sympathy of patients who are trying to better themselves 3. The unprofessional standards how they treat this place more like a business than caring for their patients 4. The lack of candor when it comes to remedying situations. My appointment was nowhere to be found and kept pushing back for a later date. I understand life situations and emergencies. Things happen. But the way they run things in this location.... do not bother. You will be frustrated and going nowhere when you are trying to better yourself. Seek help somewhere else... where the staff is more professional.
Verified patient
My visit was extremely refreshing ... I felt very comfortable with the therapist and the aura was very relaxing as well. I felt like they really listened to my thoughts and feelings ... they said the right things that made me feel very hopeful for greater things.
Verified patient
I had to wait for 45 minutes beyond my appointment time to see someone. The person I saw wasn't a therapist, just someone that asked preliminary questions (all of which I actually answered in the forms I showed up early to complete). He seemed wholly disinterested in me and simply checked the boxes he needed to. At the end he asked if I wanted to see a young woman or an old lady, and then took me downstairs to make the appointment to see a therapist later in the week. I told them it was a horrible experience and that I didn't really want to come back.
Front Desk Experience wasn't the best - a little more professionalism and pleasantry preferred, but my encounter with the Therapist - Denise was wonderful. She was professional, yet compassionate. Made me feel quite at ease, and comfortable talking with her. I had reservations about seeking out this kind of help initially, but before I knew it I was pouring out my soul to her and.

This doctor dismissed me with in less than 15 minutes and told me to go home and 'self reflect' if I wanted to self reflect I most likely would not have sought out help in a mental health clinic. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT COME HERE! PRACTICE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
Verified patient
There was a little confusing in the beginning and then the gentalmen in front desk assisted me and after that it was great !!!

I'm not sure why this place had such bad reviews. The people at the reception were not rude to me and were helpful and calm. The person that did my intake was very nice and friendly. The psychologist I got assigned to was also easy to talk to. They take my insurance and have appointments on the weekend and night, which is perfect for me.
for the first appointment, you do not see a therapist. instead, you see someone who reads off very personal survey questions for you to answer. the methodology is terrible and the situation is very uncomfortable. who wants to come somewhere for the first time and get 0 personalized attention while being expected to reveal their inner most thoughts BEFORE even speaking to a therapist. TERRIBLE experience. i would never recommend or go back!
This place is a joke, It's more of a business than a place to get help. Rude staff at the desk, along with how they answer the phone and what therapist says to call or text them because they can't rely on staff to inform them of patients waiting to be seen. Should you not let the therapist know your there to be seen. You just lost a copay and would have to reschedule.
Love it! :)

Filled out my paperwork and was given a list of what to expect 1st visit. Had an intake which went quite well I felt at ease and comfortable. They will be matching me with a psychologist for my 1st session next week! Very excited to start there!

Very private and professional staff

Today is a snow storm day which means not most people went to work. A counselor checked up with me; afterwards I was told that I would have to wait at least 4 months for an appointment with Delidimitropulu. He then suggested a new doctor within their staff that I might try.
I love the set up and the therapist was very attentive.. Yes I would recommend others ...I just can't wait to see what's in stored for me when I go for my bio feedback...

It was fair.

The first time was pretty professional, but I decided to review after a few times in case the office behavior changes between a new patient and a patient with whom they have a relationship. I'm happy to share my dissatisfaction if by doing so I help someone else avoid the same situation. Again, the first time was pretty smooth. We did not wait long. The situation deteriorated with the second visit. We have waited over an hour for the psychiatrist there. Our insurance wanted to talk with the psychiatrist and he would not call them back, he only wanted his assistant to place the call. The psychiatrist stated that he was unable to find the number for the insurance company because it was not in the file. After I showed it to him on the coversheet, he then said that there could be another direct number that he would have to access, so he did not want to dial the number. After about 10 minutes he tried. I was baffled I had to negotiate so much for that. Another issue is that in the waiting room, the entire staff has no issue with using all the patients' names. For example, "Christie, you are after John, and John, you are after Jane." I would have liked a little more anonymity in a psychologist's office. When I mentioned my discomfort, the psychiatrist suggested that I change practices. I did.
