What should a new client know about working with you?

I welcome each client with an open mind and heart. Life is hard and we are all dealing with various challenges. I am here to help you process and heal from any difficulties you may have experienced. I specialize in working with clients who are suffering from chronic and terminal illness. I often work with the entire family, as any medical diagnosis will impact the entire unit. I also work with clients struggling with grief, depression, and anxiety.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first few sessions I spent listening and asking questions to get to know my clients in depth and understand their patterns. Subsequent sessions vary depending on the issue at hand, but each session is filled with highlighting patterns, teaching new coping tools, and practicing new behaviors and thinking patterns.
