What should a new client know about working with you?

Conduct a detailed assessment to understand your unique challenges and develop a personalized treatment plan. This session will be to establish psychiatric care and will be a thorough review of current and past symptoms and treatment. Expertly manage your mental health medications to optimize effectiveness and minimize side effects. Follow up 20-30-minute sessions are ideal for patients that have established therapists elsewhere and are working with this clinician on medication management only. Therapeutic approaches will be introduced and reinforced during visit however the primary point of 30 minutes sessions is addressing medication management. Please note that working with me requires compliance with all state requirements. If you are located in New Jersey and are prescribed any controlled substance, such as stimulants, you will be required to have an in-person visit at least every third appointment or every three months, whichever comes first.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The goal behind 360 Mental Healing is to help individual renew their mental strength. Successfully treat a range of mental health disorders. Conditions treated include depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, executive functioning, trauma disorders, and many more. The typical process for working together begins with an initial evaluation to assess your needs and treatment goals. Based on that evaluation, follow-up sessions are usually scheduled within 2 weeks or 1 month, depending on the severity of symptoms and your individual needs.
