The whole office acts like the doctors time is the only thing that matters. Doctor will only see you for two skin concerns at a time and after me and me family going to 4 or more appointments with her, all of her appointments are maximum 5 minutes. She doesn't let you state your concerns at all, doesn't check for any observations herself (only asks if you happen to remember any unsual marks), and took a biopsy with no prior warning the day of. If you go to her, you will find that your needs have not been met and that you have been used for your time and your money rather than experiencing a doctor who cares for your health. I will not he going to her again.

They did not have my appointment in the system which I booked on Zocdoc 10 days ago. They told me they don’t approve Zocdoc appointments and the soonest available appointment would be in 3 weeks. Completely wasted my time.
