Hello! I’m Valentina (she/her/hers), the founder and owner of Yébo Nutrition LLC. I am a registered dietitian and certified yoga teacher. I believe in an anti-diet, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition and lifestyle. I work with both adults and children to bring joy and empowerment to your relationship with food and body. She has a master’s degree in Nutrition Science from University of Illinois at Chicago and received a BS in Human Biology from UC San Diego. Valentina is also a registered yoga teacher, trained in various forms of yoga, including aerial yoga. She specializes in intuitive eating, pediatric medical nutrition therapy, vegan nutrition, serving both adult and pediatric patients, and has been an ethical vegan herself for over a decade.
