She made me wait for a long time. And she or any other workers in the office said nothing to me, even the nurse who took blood pressure. Finally I asked them if I could see her today, then they told me that it would take another 15 minutes or more. A meeting was waiting for me. So I had to leave. She waisted my precious 70 minutes.

I WAS INTERNALLY BLEEDING AND HAD AN ULCER AND THE DR was completely unconcerned. The nurse was so lovely and seemed very concerned and she was so attentive. But then the dr came in and saw my resting heart rate for 120 and abnormal blood pressure and was completely unconcerned. She asked me if I was anemic (how would I know???) and then didn’t check anything. The doctor in the emergency room just checked my eyes and could tell immedietly I was anemic and this has been a whole situation. I was internally bleeding for atleast 3 days- while I visited this doctor and I only came to the emergency room when I vommited blood - 24 hours after this doctor was COMPLETELY UNCONCERNED. if you want to go for a regualr check up maybe she is fine, but if you are actually concerned about your health, go elsewhere.

I rarely write reviews but this was necessary, the doctor entirely seemed like she did not know what she was doing as she did not know how to answer most of my questions. I think she immediately judged me as someone with anxiety symptoms rather than actual physical symptoms and said, "Maybe you're making it up in your head". It was the end of the day and I was her last appointment, perhaps she was tired and just wanted to go home. I just have never experienced something so heart breaking. I am in fact not making anything up in my head because I have since seen competent doctors who have listed and helped me find what is a serious autoimmune disease. Just such a defeating and disappointing experience, really heart broken and hoping it wasn't racial prejudice.

She was dismissive, rude, and after wasting over 24 hours of my time, refused to fill out and sign the pre-op clearance paperwork she took from me and which was the reason I came - claiming she couldn't fill it out because it was issued by a hospital she doesn't work at. Huh? My surgery was nearly canceled because of her unhelpfulness.

I don’t typically leave reviews however this doctor didn’t seem much interested in my appointment in addition when I said I was suffering some symptoms she recommended I buy some cough drops. Two days later I had to make another appointment and was prescribed an antibiotic. I’m also still waiting for a verbal consultation of my blood results. She’s nice but doesn’t seem knowledgeable or seems to “care.”

While the check-up was fine, I have been calling each day to inquire about my blood work and have yet to receive a call back. Some of the staff that have answered the phone have been very dismissive. I should not have to wait almost a week now to receive a 5-minute call back.

The whole experience for this general PCP appointment was a bit disappointing. The front office worker was quite rude and curt -- she seemed very inconvenienced by having to speak to me (despite the office not being very busy), and when I wasn't found in the kiosk system and had to go back to speak to her, she was extremely abrupt, heaving sighs and rolling her eyes. I had completed all of my check-in paperwork days prior to my appointment when I booked it, but there was no mention or acknowledgement of it and I had to spend another 5 minutes manually filling out a form.
The doctor seemed aloof throughout my appointment. She was fine, just not very helpful and seemed disinterested and confused by any concerns I had. After my appointment I felt unheard and somewhat dismissed. If you're suffering from an obvious ailment, I suppose she'd be fine, but I'll likely not return if I'm looking for a more invested PCP who's supposed to get to know you and have your general wellbeing in mind.

Dr. Valeria Loukanova-Ivanov is very knowledgeable and experienced specialist who did the thorough exam according to my complaints and explained me everything regarding my condition which made my anxiety go away immediately.
I would recommend her to anyone.
Thanks to the nurse and other staff at the office for their help and service. Everyone is nice and wants to help.

I had an amazing experience. Starting from the front desk until I met doctor Loukanova. Super warm, knowledgeable and clear. Most important it was that I felt I was talking to my mom. Soft voice, great listener. She figured out right away what it bothers me. Definitely, I suggest this doctor. If I will need to see a doctor in the future, Valeria is my choice. Thank you!
