“I always find it interesting that you wait for 30-40 minutes to see the nurse and doctor and then typically the doctors spend maybe 3 minutes with the patient. I’m not quite sure why this is, I find it very odd but this isn’t the only practice that this happens. ”

The doctors here are great but expect extremely long wait times. The first time I had an appointment, I had to wait 40 mins. The second time I went (again, had an appointment) I waited an hour. They also take walk-ins at this practice, and it feels like they do not prioritize the patients who booked appointments.

Dr. Matalia is a wonderful physician with a calming and caring bedside manner. He listens to my questions and concerns and when I leave his office I have much less anxiety and am feeling better. He takes the time to answer all my questions and never rushes through my appointment.
The nurse/medical assistant I had was also very nice. He was friendly, listened to my concerns as well.
