We're open weekdays, evenings, and weekends-so you can receive the care you need on your and your family's schedule. Plus, several of our walk-in care centers provide ongoing primary care, offering all your continuing care under one roof. Valley's walk-in care centers also offer walk-in care for less, with lower copays than other area clinics.

I was taken in on time, after the assistant took my info, she left and I waited 20 min for the NP to come in and examine me, she left and I waited another 20 min. for the x-ray tech to call me in. After being there for another 20 min I went to the nurses station to find out what was going on. Finally the x-ray tech called me in .The whole procedure took an hour and 45 min. That's ridiculous! I have to say that everyone there was very pleasant and courteous but to take that long is unacceptable.

The experience was absolutely amazing. It was a little hard to find so don’t worry if you go to the wrong building and see the sign like I did lol. I was seen right away and Kerri made me feel so welcomed! I’m young so going to the doctor alone is fairly new to me and pretty scary. She was like a mom to me ?? In the best way possible! Super funny and overall 100% a great listener, very attentive to my issue and made me feel Very comfortable! The doctor was also amazing quick friendly and very helpful. Ran extra test as needed to make sure we got to the root! I would definitely come back here! I have been to many places with very rude staff that make me feel like my issue isn’t worthy, but that is not here! This office staff was absolutely nothing but spectacular! Even the sign in process was super easy and fast

The office was clean and for the most part the front desk and other employees seemed polite. However the experience I had there was so-so. When you first walk in and check in, you check in on a touch screen tv by the front desk hanging on the wall which in most cases isn’t an issue but this screen is very large and visible to everyone in the waiting room so some sitting by the tv can definitely see who you are and your name when you check in. Then when I got in the room saw the physician he had poor bedside manner and completely disregarded why I came there. Not to mention the walls are very thin and you can hear the person being seen next to you. I had to insist in getting my bloodwork done at bare minimum. I soon came to realize that they did not have someone proficient in performing a blood draw and seemed to be the reason I had to insist in getting it done. The MA who did it was very polite but was a beginner. Overall my experience was subpar however the facilities are well kept
