Dr. Vance Uy is a Family Medicine physician originally from Manila, Philippines. He earned his medical degree at University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 2017 and did a 1-year clinical internship at Cardinal Santos Medical Center. He further gained clinical experience prior to residency under the guidance of mentors affiliated with University of Hawaii – John A. Burns School of Medicine in 2021. He then completed his medical residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso – Transmountain in June 2025. Dr. Uy is very passionate about implementing preventive care as well as evidence- based medicine, robust foundations that were built during his intensive medical residency training. Outside of medicine, Dr. Uy enjoys spending time with family, binge-watching movies, playing basketball, working out at the gym, going on hikes, and appreciating nature’s beauty.
