I went for cosmetic reasons not for a medical visit. The experience was good. The Dr. Is kind & warm. However prices are significantly over what the market is currently, compared to other locations. It’s 2023, simple Botox & fillers should not cost an arm & a leg.

I visited Vanessa for Botox, lip flip and a gummy smile treatment. Ive had Botox before but never as pain free as with Vanessa —I barely felt a thing. I was also impressed by how well she listened to my preferences and took time to explain to me the options and the what to expect after the treatment.

My appointment with Vanesa went extremely well. Devin her assistant made sure that I was well taking care of before my appointment by escorting me to the room, taking pictures of me while making me feel comfortable. Vanesa was very understanding and told me without hesitation the treatment I needed. She seemed really knowledgeable about her recommendation and I trusted her completely. I can’t thank them enough as they both went out of their way to make sure that my appointment was a success. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

This clinic is so lovely. Devin was enormously helpful in getting me in to my appointment quickly and prepared, and her messages and instructions were super clear and polite. Vanesa was so talented, too. I had basically no visible bruising, marks, or swelling even the next day. I was so nervous as I have had those issues with other injectors, but I was able to be in public immediately after without feeling nervous. Thank you!

This was the type of appointment where after it ended I texted everyone I knew saying how great it was. Truly, the offices were beautiful and luxe, the staff was all extremely professional and beyond friendly, and the actual treatment I received (filler and Dysport) was the most comfortable experience in NYC I’ve ever had. Vanessa is a true rockstar and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, which I loved. Never thought I’d feel this way, but can’t wait to go back.

First of all the office is beautiful as soon as the Elevator opened you greeted by beautiful colors and the front desk was very nice. I was greeted by Devon who came out with this beautiful smile and curly hair very pleasant attitude .
So As soon as Vanessa walked in I felt so welcome and safe . She truly is an amazing young Talented woman after discussing what I thought I needed she told me exactly what she thought I needed.she did Botox on me and I didn’t feel a thing.

I had a great experience at Viva Eve for my first ever aesthetic appointment. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly, and Vanesa provided helpful recommendations and guidance throughout the process. She explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I got botox, a lip flip, and a chemical peel and I love the results. Although I didn't see any changes initially, by the seventh day, I began to notice a significant improvement. I highly recommend Viva Eve for quality aesthetics services. I was a little nervous about my appointment because I had only done Botox once before at another practice, where it wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great. (Like having dinner at an Chuck E Cheese.)
At my appointment with Vanessa, I felt like Dorothy when she stepped from black and white into full color in the Wizard of Oz. This is the way all providers should operate! She took the time to ask me about my prior experiences, what I liked and didn’t like, and what my goals were. And I felt like she truly cared.
She was also really knowledgeable about all the injectables on the market, the pros and cons of each, and she offered and educated me on skincare products, but I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything.
My friend, who recommended the practice to me, is very knowledgeable about this kind of stuff, and the way she explained it was that it’s a great value because you get top tier service for a price similar to what middle-of-the-road places would charge. I’m definitely returning!

The office is stunning. I came here for an aesthetic treatment, but it seems like they do a lot more. The staff is super welcoming, Devin checked me in, and she made me feel so comfortable. I'm super happy with my results and will definitely be back. Vanessa is brilliant! I had stubborn acne for months. She was quick to figure out exactly what was going on and came up with an easy to follow plan. Less than a week after following her advice, regime, and recommended products I have clear skin. I cannot believe how fast the results were! The whole experience was amazing. I felt heard and seen and felt like they had my back. Cannot recommend Vanessa enough.

I am completely blown away by Vanesa’s expertise and gentle bedside manner. As a queer woman seeking rejuvenation and feminization (which really requires a more advanced, master-level approach to injectables), I truly appreciate that she actively listened to my concerns and thoroughly educated me on my options. I have struggled with dysphoria my entire life and I love that she worked with me to craft a treatment plan that works best for me. I highly recommend Vanesa to anyone from all walks of life, but she definitely gets a 10/10 in my book for her attention to detail with her TGNB patients. Her experience is unmatched and I won’t be letting anyone else touch my face when it comes to my dermatologic needs. Thank you, Vanesa!!

Loved the place as much as the staff. I went there to see Vanesa and everything went amazing. Devin was so helpful explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable.
Cant say enough about Vanesa! She came into the room with a great smile making me feel like i had known her for a very long time.
Knowledgeable, and very comforting, made everything go smoothly. I loved that both Devin and Vanesa followed up with me the next day to ask if everything was ok.
Im very glad to have found them and will definitely go back!

Devin and Vanesa, the perfect aesthetics combination. I felt heard, comfortable in what our plan was (including the things I’d not considered that turns out perfectly bring it all together), and for me especially that my budget was important to them that they respected it. Devin was super informative, knowledgeable and fun. She prepped me mentally and physically, and was a continuous support along the way. Now Vanesa…I’ve dabbled in Botox since I was 21, and while I appreciate price points will typically reflect the “art” (i.e. Groupon never a good idea) I didn’t quite appreciate the subtle difference between the top of the top. This is the best I ever experienced and so far we’ve just done forehead and crows feet. I’m excited for our next step and feel really confident that I’ll still look like me, something I’ve always strived for with injectable’s. She’s the female da Vinci, surely who has an art degree alongside her medical one.

I’m so glad to have found Vanessa from Viva Eve! She is so patient with me even though I asked like a billion questions in regards to skincare. No matter what questions I asked she answered them all and did not belittle me for my lack of knowledge in how to care for my skin. I also want to thank her staff member Devin for making my experience and journey a happy one! I actually chose to do the facial chemical peel for acne. It stung a little but barely. It was more painless with a slight stinging that lasted like 5 seconds. I am so ready for more skincare help from Vanessa and Viva Eve!

I had an amazing experience at Viva Eve with Vanessa for my Botox and cheek filler appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, and Vanessa took the time to listen to my concerns and provide expert advice on the best treatments for my needs.
The Botox injections were virtually painless, and I could immediately see a difference in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around my forehead and eyes. Vanessa was incredibly skilled, and the results looked natural and rejuvenating.
I was also thrilled with my cheek filler treatment. Vanessa expertly injected the filler to give me a subtle but noticeable lift, which made me look more youthful and refreshed. I was amazed at how much difference the filler made and couldn't be happier with the results.
