Dr. Vanessa is so warm and professional. I'm usually nervous about visiting doctors, but she made me feel very comfortable. Everyone else at the office was very nice and accommodating. It's very obvious that everyone cares about the patients that visit the office. I will definitely be returning to her! She is awesome :)

My usual PCP is Dr. Levinskaya but since she was out for the day I saw Dr. Pennock. She was absolutely great. Very informative, down to earth, and easy to speak with. Both Dr's take the stress off going to the dcotor.

This was my first visit with Dr. Pennock. I chose her because of all the good reviews she had gotten. It is all true.! Staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly. The Dr. is patient ( no pun intended), kind, thorough and nice. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pennock. She is awesome. For years when I had better insurance I had a different doctor who really didn't care about me. The wait was long and he was very short with me and never took the time to assess my needs. When I found Dr. Pennock on ZocDoc I had a whole different experience. From Donna and Jonathan at the front desk to Dr. Pennock, they are WONDERFUL! Dealing with Dr. Pennock's practice is a pleasure and I intend on staying with them for good! She really cares about her patients and is so caring, I highly recommend this practice.

Well I must say I have been to a few medical office and I will definitely say this office Dr. Vanessa Ali-Pennock beats all by far. She was very polite, caring, patient and spoke like we knew each other for awhile. For a very long time I was looking for a doctor I will feel comfortable with and I finally found one. I highly recommend her. I also have to include her staff very caring, very friendly. Great experience for me.

I can honestly say, I left her office feeling relieved, and full of answers, other doctors hadn't been able to tell me. She was very thorough with questions and answers and made me feel very comfortable. As, a person who suffers from anxiety when having to go to the doctor. I didn't feel it one bit, because she was so nice, helpful, and understanding. The gentlemen who was at the front desk (i wish i could remember his name) was super helpful. I called the office because I saw reviews on ZocDoc. I knew it was a little bit of a drive for me, but my regular doctor triple booked for my appointment time, and cancelled mine. I explained, I was in a lot of pain and would rather see him then go to the hospital his staff refused to give me an appointment until Monday (its Friday btw) so i called Primary Medical Associates of Long Island and a very cheerful gentlemen answers the phone. I then ask him if he accepts my insurance and explained to him what had happen to me at my other doctors office. He kindly replied that he could get me in today and within and hour or two I had my appointment. When I arrived he greeted me and welcomed me to the office. As, I was waiting and filling out a few papers he and I engaged in conversation which was nice he wasn't the typical (sorry to say this) rude front desk person. The other doctor Dr. Levinskaya is also very kind. She came in and introduced herself to me. Overall, my experience was AMAZING and the staff was GREAT! I'm more then willing to make the 35/40 minute drive to see her.
