I also offer support for those experiencing relational or cultural challenges, particularly individuals from multicultural backgrounds who may feel caught between worlds or struggling to find balance in their identities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions you will have the opportunity to reflect on how early attachments influence your current patterns, and we'll work together to create healthier, more secure relationships. We will work through negative cycles of connection or disconnection along with understanding "Parts" of ourselves that we would like to work through.
