Vanessa Sanchez is originally from Miami, Florida, and is a first-generation Venezuelan-American. She earned her Master's in Human Nutrition from California State University, Northridge. As an active individual herself, Vanessa is passionate about sports nutrition and enjoys helping athletes and physically active individuals reach their optimal potential through food. She is also dedicated to combating weight stigma and knew she wanted to incorporate the intuitive eating philosophy into her practice.
