It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to help you. I am Dr. Bastien, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult psychiatry. I am an experienced registered nurse with more than 12 years of nursing practice. I earned both my Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida International University. I offer treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, eating disorders, and more. My treatment approach combines medication management and talk therapy.
I place a high priority on respecting my patients and maintaining strict privacy. In our first session, we will have brief introductions, followed by an exploration of the challenges you are experiencing.
I provide my patients with the highest quality of care grounded in efficiency, evidence-based practice, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. My passion is helping individuals feel empowered in their mental health journey and supporting them to reach mental stability so they can live and enjoy life to their fullest potential.
