“Highly recommend to pregnant women who experience back pain and have tried everything out there to prevent it but nothing ever worked. I kid you not, I wish I didn’t wait to go to a chiropractor until my third pregnancy. I spent so much money at Massage Envy and different gadgets but none of that helped!!! Dr. Vartan takes that clicking in your pelvis and fixes you! Twice a week or three times a week, helped me so much! Especially with little kids, pregnancy can be the most difficult painful and uncomfortable time. Don’t wait!! Also, side not. Dr. Vartan isn’t creepy and is fully professional. If you’re nervous for a man to touch you the way nobody does, you do not have to wonder at Dr. Vartans professionalism. Anything he does, he explains many times first until you get it. He also remembers details you tell him and reviews your plan of care to better treat the problem and find its root cause. I gave birth at home to a big heavy boy and I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Vartans help”

About Dr. Vartan Chakalian
Dr. Vartan attended Azusa Pacific University for his undergraduate studies, where he majored in Biology. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. He specializes in Chiropractic Biophysics, which aims to correct the structure and curves of spine, which yields outstanding results for correcting headaches, neck & back pain, sciatica, leg & arm numbness/tingling, and TMJD.
He also specializes in Pediatrics and Pregnancy, where he is certified and has trained many hours under the ICPA, the organization for pediatric and family Chiropractic treatment. He is Webster Certified, and has helped many expecting mom's have easier and quicker pregnancies.
Dr. Vartan uses the Diversified technique, and has attended many advanced training seminars in Gonstead, Chiropractic Biophysics, SOT, and Thompson techniques.
Dr. Vartan enjoys spending his time with his newborn girl, Giannevieve, and wife, Dr. Corina. Simple things are fulfilling to them; walks in the afternoon, game night with family/friends, and Sunday naps.

I initially went in for a 2” hip displacement which was very painful. I was attended to very soon after checking in and was pleasantly addressed by Dr. Vartan who showed incredible attention to my adjustment and even given exercise, and routines to follow to help maintain the corrected adjustment. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone suffering even from a mild headache. We often don’t realize how our every day lives affect our posture which can eventually make us suffer if not corrected in a timely fashion.

I’m a critical care nurse who’s suffered with scoliosis for as long as I can remember, and Dr. Vartan has really improved my quality of life. With his calculated adjustments I went from feeling like a stiff aching board to finally being able to breathe again. I've also regained my full range of mobility. Because of Foundations, I can stand a little taller, workout pain free, and sleep at night again. I would recommend them to anyone who’s trying to feel more comfortable in their own body and find their health again.

Dr. Vartan was friendly, thorough, and would always take the time to explain any questions I had throughout my treatment. I always walked away better than before. One of my favorite things about my visits was actually the pre treatment exercises because I felt like they optimized the success of my treatment. Everything about this office runs like clockwork. I recommend Dr. Vartan to all my friends!

I appreciated the education that was given to me. My previous Chiro office didn’t explain much to me. I like how Dr. V helped me understand why my body had the issues it did. Knowing the initial cause is what I needed to motivate me to get better. Now I can do things to prevent my body from spiraling into a back and should misaligned mess. I’m happy to say that my tension headaches are practically non existent. I appreciate the neck tools he sent me home with too

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vartan’s since he first began his practice. He’s treated me through two pregnancies and postpartum seasons, as well as my two kids since birth. His adjustments have helped us in so many areas, from reducing aches and pain, to improving sleep and allergies! I’m so grateful to have found my go to chiropractor to meet all my and my family’s health needs!

Came in with severe lower back pain from pregnancy. His adjustments literally helped me get from slowly and painfully walking to full running until I gave birth. He was a lifesaver, and now going again with the second pregnancy. Thank you, Dr. Vartan! PS, I took my infant and husband in later and they both found resolution, my husband from decade old construction related pain, and my infant from colic and digestive issues.

Totally professional and everyone is friendly. I had sciatic nerve problems that were horrible. They alleviated the problem within 5 or 6 visits. This was a couple of years ago. Sciatic nerve pain free today.

I have had debilitating migraines since I had my son from severe pre eclampsia 3.5 years ago. Nothing has helped and I had tried medications and other natural remedies but nothing really made it better. It was getting to the point where I had to call off work multiple days a week stuck in bed not being able to be the mom I knew I could be for my kids. After seeing dr vartan, he explained how he can help me in a way I could understand and once I started getting adjusted I felt immediate relief and my migraines are no longer! I am so thankful for dr vartan and his team
